Camp Sugar Blossom - 80's GLOW Ages 13-18

Camp Sugar Blossom is a three-day camp that takes place Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday from 10 am to 12 pm.

Day 1: 

Sugar Cookie Class

• Learn how to use piping bags and tips.
• Learn how to decorate sugar cookies with royal icing.
• Learn how to decorate sugar cookies with buttercream.
• Learn how to decorate sugar cookies with fondant.
• Learn about the different tools decorators use.
• Guided tour of our bakery kitchen and cafe.
• Personalize their own bakery box if time permits.

Day 2:

Cake Class

• Learn how to decorate a cake from start to finish.
• Learn how to build a cake.
• Learn how to crumb coat a cake
• Learn how to ice a cake.
• Learn how to cover a cake in fondant.
• Learn how to decorate an 80's themed Pacman cake.
• Personalize their own bakery box if time permits.

Day 3:

Cupcake Class

• Learn how to decorate cupcakes from start to finish.
• Learn how to color buttercream.
• Learn how to decorate cupcakes using different buttercream tips.
• Learn how to make fondant cupcake toppers such as boomboxes, pizza, starts, hearts, checkerboards, and Pacman.
• In the end, your camper will have decorated one dozen cupcakes.
• Personalize their own bakery box if time permits.
