Our very popular carrot cake is filled with cream cheese and iced in vanilla buttercream. It does not have nuts or raisins baked in.
Our cakes are chilled upon pick-up and are best served at room temperature. Servings are based on party-size 1½" x 2" slices, with four layers of cake, and three layers of filling.
